Every installer in our network has cleared a 4-step vetting process before they ever touch a customer's home.

Step 1: Verified license + insurance

Active California C-20 license. Current general liability + workers' comp. Verified annually.

Step 2: Manufacturer certifications

Factory-trained on the brands they install — Bosch, Carrier, Trane, Mitsubishi, Lennox, Goodman.

Step 3: Background + reference checks

Owners and lead techs background-checked. References from at least 10 prior residential installs.

Step 4: Continuous performance review

Every customer rates their install. Installers below 4.7 stars are paused for review or removed.
